Rules for using ToFindAI, submitting or claiming listings, purchasing promotional services, and interacting with the directory.
These Terms of Use apply when you browse ToFindAI, submit or claim a listing, purchase a listing or sponsorship, use customer access tools, or otherwise use the site. Additional product, affiliate, payment, or program terms may apply to specific services.
ToFindAI provides discovery, directory, promotional, and related account-management services. You must use the site lawfully and must have authority to submit information, make purchases, or act for any business or organization you represent.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights status of content you submit. You must not submit false, misleading, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful content. ToFindAI may reject, edit for presentation, classify, suspend, or remove content when reasonably necessary for directory quality, safety, legal compliance, product rules, or site integrity.
When you claim or manage an existing listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business, organization, product, or other subject of the listing. Automated email, domain, website, or DNS verification helps establish account access but does not decide legal ownership rights. False or competing claims may result in restricted access, additional verification, temporary suspension of changes, or restoration of control while an ownership dispute is reviewed.
You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content for display, you grant ToFindAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, archive, and improve the ToFindAI directory and the placement you requested. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this permission.
If you believe material on ToFindAI infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, use our Copyright & IP Complaints process. ToFindAI may restrict or remove disputed material while a good-faith complaint is reviewed.
Prices, billing intervals, and the product being purchased are shown in the applicable ordering or checkout flow. Recurring products renew until cancellation or another stated end condition. Customers can use the available listing or sponsorship management tools to stop future renewal where supported. Cancelling renewal normally leaves the current paid placement active through the end of its paid term unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, the product terms shown at purchase, and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A cancellation of future renewal does not by itself create a prorated refund for the current paid term.
You are responsible for protecting passwords, access links, reference numbers, access codes, and other credentials provided for customer or affiliate access. Notify ToFindAI if you reasonably believe access to your account or managed item has been compromised.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, automate abusive requests, scrape protected backend data, impersonate another person or business, manipulate reviews or claims, or use ToFindAI to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Directory listings and outbound links can lead to independent third-party products and websites. ToFindAI does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, data practices, terms, performance, or claims. Review a provider before relying on or purchasing its product.
Some placements may be paid sponsorships or paid directory products, and some outbound links may create affiliate compensation for ToFindAI. These commercial relationships do not by themselves constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a third-party product. See the Affiliate Disclosure and other labels or disclosures presented with relevant content.
Purchasing a listing, sponsorship, or other promotional service does not guarantee traffic, search ranking, leads, conversions, revenue, or any other business result. Directory position, site features, traffic patterns, and available products may change as the service evolves.
ToFindAI may modify, pause, discontinue, or secure features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risk, payment problems, legal requirements, or conduct that materially harms the site or other users. Where practical, self-service and corrective options are preferred for routine account matters.
The site and directory information are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The separate Disclaimer provides additional information about third-party content, professional advice, and rapidly changing AI products.
These Terms are subject to applicable Canadian law and any other mandatory laws that apply to a particular transaction or user. We may update these Terms as ToFindAI changes. The published version and date on this page identify the current Terms.
